This app doesnt keep your info when "remember me" was checked. fingerprint scanning doesnt work. If your having trouble it is impossible to get assistance. Locks account and even after answering security questions it doesnt do anything. This app feels like it was cobbled together in 5 minutes. The old app that looked like an egg was 100× easier to use and manage. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worse than the original app. Clunky login, biometric errors, randomly says I don't have an account. What I'd like to know from the developers of this app is WHY did they remove all deposit info. Transactions only show outgoing and no monthly incoming benefit. Doesn't list your benefit amount on any of the screens, all it shows is your balance. Bring that information back.

Horrible app! Don't waste your time downloading it. The app takes forever to load. I tried to set up an account, but after a very long wait and several attempts, an unexpected error kept stopping the process, and I couldn't go any further. I downloaded Propel instead, and it works like a charm!
