CardValet helps you efficiently manage your cards digitally.

Stay in control of your card. Turn your card ON/OFF, set spending limits, decide where, when and how your card can be used.

- Set card to be on or off in an instant, restricting whether it can be used or not
- Restrict your card purchases to specific locations (merchants located within a certain range of your phone or select city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map
- Select merchant categories (Restaurant, Travel, Entertainment etc.) and transaction types (Instore, eCommerce, ATM etc.) to control purchases on your card
- Enable or disable international transactions
- Establish spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed the thresholds set by you

Receive real time alerts on all purchases, select purchases or when a card transaction is attempted but declined. Customize your alert preferences and get notified as per your choice. Alerts are sent in real time, immediately after a transaction has taken place, and help you quickly detect unauthorized activity on your card.

App doesn't work on 3/4 of my devices; on the 1 it "works" I've only achieved entering card info, address, 3 digit code, & last 4 of SS#. A T&S box then starts blinking spastically so fast that I can't read it or hit OK. I can get Cancel or Refresh to respond if I tap it many times & one goes through while the blinking Terms error is off the screen. This results in the Terms error blinking slower. That's all app does. Fantastic, feels like I just got phished. Spare me fake cut & paste apology!

VERY frustrating When I need this app, the need is urgent. The password reset doesn't let you past in the security token from your email. Then, when you are resetting, it doesn't let you get a suggestion for a strong one. Presumably because it won't store it for you, so you have to remember it. But, of course you can't create one and paste it in. THEN, it won't let you see the password you are creating, so if it doesn't match, start over!

It was working fine, but now when I open the app it won't even let me log in. It says that it can't connect to the server and to check my internet connection. My card is currently locked, and I can't access my money or use my card. However, when I tried to use it at an ATM I got a notification that my card was declined but I still can't log into my account!! An app this important should not have bugs Iike this! If I was in an emergency I would be stuck!! This is so frustrating!!

Sorry to hear you’re having an issue. It sounds like your account may be disabled for too many login attempts. Your Financial Institution will be able to get your card unlocked quickly & assist with re-enabling your account if so, or email your CardValet username, Financial Institution, & last 4 digits of a registered card to
