This new app doesn't work any better than the old app. I don't get why Ameris can't get this right. Every other bank can. I can't log in. It says invalid credentials. I can log in online with the same login info, no problem. I can log into my wife's account on the app, no prob. By the way, we have a joint account. I don't understand why we have to have separate online accounts. It won't let me set up push notifications. Please fix this new app. Just copy the PNC app. It works great.

Works one day and then tells me the next day that the "Current version needs to be updated." I go to update my version, and the Google store page tells me that it's not compatible with my Samsung Note. A day or two later, and it works fine again without me downloading anything. The glitch always happens when I'm in town and needing to check my balance before I checkout at the grocery store or similar, making it highly inconvenient. Ameris needs to fix this instability! Edit: App fully broke.

This bank was great until they decided to change the Mobil app. I can no longer connect plaid or any other 3rd party apps. When I questioned ameris bank about the issue, I was told it was an issue due to them creating a new app (the old one worked great) and that they were working to fix the connectivity issue. This was 2 weeks ago and I've called 3 different times. Each time I am told something completely different. Today I was told that they have no clue when it would be fixed.
