yup... same as the rest of the reviews. apparently, I "do not have permission" to access my account either. I called the customer support number and was told that you can only access your account by browser. And they have no idea why it's not working.... I've always had issues with this app. Even before now.

You guys need to take this website down and redeveloped a website that works. I'm surprised that you guys let this horrible website go on this long. Everytime I try to go on it, it won't send a code, or it won't let me sign in in a different way. Bottom line, your website SUCKS!!!

By far the most frustrating company I have ever tried to deal with. The App has NEVER worked for us and you can only login once through the browser and then it locks up so you have to call to get it unlocked. Super frustrating and definitely not EZ as the name implies.
