I loved this when I first got my Fitbit a few months ago, but it's been a week and I can't sync any of my walking/workouts. Tried reinstalling, turning on/off Bluetooth, etc and no luck. I haven't been wearing it since it stopped syncing, so I'm hoping something gets fixed soon, otherwise I'll be looking for other options.
Reduced to 1 star as the problems have not been fixed despite my email to them. Preferred the old dashboard. Hard to change quantities of food as it changes back to previous amount constantly. Must be a glitch with app..... don't waste your time get another brand. I will be!
I cannot sync since 9/18 I tried reinstalling, logging in & out, resetting the phone, as well as toying with whatever settings on app itself. It's now 9/19 late evening still no fix (flex 1). It worked flawlessly before this sync error everybody is experiencing.
Latest update created the same problem again. My charge 2 is again overriding the other 2 trackers. Thanks. ~~~~~ Ever since the latest update the app cannot sync and accumulate multiple trackers. I hv 3 trackers. The sync will always override my data with that in the charge 2. So all my steps were lost. Disappointing really. Please fix it
Sync issues so annoying you'll regret ever purchasing a fitbit device. Sync issues will be the demise of this company as they've done nothing to fix. All my friends have already moved to garmin, moove now, samsung gear and apple watch ...honestly im not far behind them.
Pretty good app. Everything I want to track is there accurately recorded and easy to check. Would have 5 stars if I could set the start of my day. I work a night shift so resetting at midnight creates problems. Sort this out fitbit devs and Ill give that extra star
