I loved this when I first got my Fitbit a few months ago, but it's been a week and I can't sync any of my walking/workouts. Tried reinstalling, turning on/off Bluetooth, etc and no luck. I haven't been wearing it since it stopped syncing, so I'm hoping something gets fixed soon, otherwise I'll be looking for other options.
I cannot sync since 9/18 I tried reinstalling, logging in & out, resetting the phone, as well as toying with whatever settings on app itself. It's now 9/19 late evening still no fix (flex 1). It worked flawlessly before this sync error everybody is experiencing.
Sync issues so annoying you'll regret ever purchasing a fitbit device. Sync issues will be the demise of this company as they've done nothing to fix. All my friends have already moved to garmin, moove now, samsung gear and apple watch ...honestly im not far behind them.
Alta HR... Needs to add in the distance, not just steps, when the "smart tracker" logs the walk or run. The info is already tracked in the software for the overall day and relating to specific times. Why is it not included in the workout feature? Seems like a really, really basic thing to include. Quite disappointed in this. Update: used the exercise gps tracker twice now on two different days. The exercised finished and the map and the exercise never saved. Extra disappointment especially since the smart tracker doesn't include distance in the reading. Frustrating.
It's okay....doesn't normally sync straight away. New challenges and adventure races should be added every month. Bored of during he same ones again and again. Need to keep changing to make it more exciting and have fun while we get fit.
I wanted something to encourage me to bit more fit and to get a few more steps in since I work in a small office. The update finally fixed my syncing problems. But now most recent update is not allowing me to receive my notifications. Also when I'm pushing a buggy in a grocery store it doesn't accurately count my steps maybe because I'm holding on to the buggy. I tried using the walk activity but that was still wildly inaccurate. I'm a bit bummed.
