Downloaded this app to capture my steps etc and to upload to Vitality. However, it is not capturing anything. I tried to do usual steps like installing latest version, restarting the phone (Samsung s6 edge plus) etc. But no use. As 10million plus people using this app, I might be missing something from my end but not sure what....
Although, it does help with keeping track of food and weight, I find the stairs feature not actually tracking them. It could be user error...I love the heart rate feature. And the automatic sync.
Have not been able to sync since updating the app (version 2.51). Tried un/re-installing and restarting phone. Updated to 2.52 still does not sync. Updated to the latest version released on 6/27, still doesn't sync.
This app is a really useful and easy way to track your healthy and unhealthy habits.

App is good just needs to be an option to change the timing format for people who work different shifts. Like instead of just having a 12 to 12 timeframe have a 5pm to 5am kinda thing
