Won't update tracker software It has been over three months since my tracker software was able to update. This isn't acceptable and needs to be fixed. I have tried restarting, both my phone and the tracker, uninstalled the app, and followed several thread directions from the forum.
Mostly works Usually takes awhile to sync. Doesn't always work the first time, and doesn't always reflect actual numbers. Fortunately it seems that completely exiting the app will force a true update of the numbers, but this should not be the way to do it. Your developers suck, fitbit.
Since I installed the update on 11/25 the bluetooth on my phone has been on constantly, keeping the phone awake and draining battery. The app only syncs on its own roughly 50% of the time, the rest of the time requires exiting and restarting the app. Prior to the update last week I didn't have these issues. I like the appearance and data available in this app, it is good information presented in an easy to use format.
Don't have steps counter In my Sony z3 fitbit app I don't have step counter, so all the time it shows not correct number of burned calories. But I like food counter.
Back arrow kicks you out Please fix the "back" arrow. Each time I dig down looking at something and then try to go "back" it kicks me out of the App. Yikes. It never used to be so finnicky.
Still not working. Unable to sync unless I pull battery out of my Samsung Galaxy S4; however, that gets old real quick when I usually check the app several times per day. I've been having this problem since October 23rd (officially over a month). I've edited my review each time there has been an update (I believe there has been 2 within last month) to present my case and nothing positive happens. I'm growing so tired of this.
