Synced first try.. Yeah.. The app works with my Samsung Rugby Smart phone through Google Play and bluetooth. This is great and will help a lot. I am new to fitbit but so far I love it. No matter what phone you have, this might work for others too.
Another update: So far since the last few updates, the app has been working great! Have no complaints and now love this app again :). Update: There is a handy tool called your 7-day summary. Since the last update, it hasn't been able to get my sleep summary. It keeps saying that there is no data. If I didn't wear it to bed, I could understand that, but I do. Other than that I still love this app. Old review: Love this app. It is easy-to-use and keeps me motivated to try harder, especially in challenges.
Ordered a new fitbit in JUNE as mine broke. I paid for rush delivery and was then told it was on back order for 2-3 weeks. Still not here (18 October). Fitbit did offer not to charge me for the rush delivery......thanks for not making me pay rush delivery to wait 4 months. Anytime I email them I just get another copy/paste message. TERRIBLE customer service. Funny I don't get a response on here from fitbit like others have......
Any reason why we can't see our routes in the app anymore but cam on the site. If they're on the site we know we had our phone with us. I'm using a blaze btw and do keep my phone with me and make sure it connects
Fitbit is the only app on my device were the android OS reports numerous errors. Trust me, I do not need android to tell me this. The constant errors and sync issues are readily apparent. These issues get worse with each app revision. So, it's a one star rating from me until this app is fixed. Using on Galaxy S6, Android 7.0
Just bought charge 2 synced with my one plus 5. The notifications are delayed in band. Tried whatever was given in solutions.still the problem persists. Have given 5 stars but right now 1. Kindly update app to support one plus 5.
Update killed the sync. Now my Charge 2 won't sync to my Oneplus 5. Worked fine before. I tried restarting both the phone and Fitbit, and turning Bluetooth on and off multiple times to no avail. Please fix ASAP.
