Review from Carmen Mazza
Network Operation Failed New update causes Network Operation Failed trying to log in to fitbit application on galaxy s3. Worked fine before update.
Completely useless. Went to the list of approved phones and it says that the S8+ is compatible. What a joke as it is completely not compatible. Totally false advertising for a $200 blaze. My advice is to not buy a blaze if you have an S8+ as support for it does not exist. Customer support is even worse as they will not stop and listen as they only read from the script. Buy a cheaper fitbit as the compatible phones list through the fitbit website is completely false. This is as of 11-23-17.
Multiple updates yet still having sync issues. Nine attempts yesterday needed to fully sync information. I have a charge, bought for me last xmas and the strap is coming apart. 11 months old! 9 if you count in that I wasn't wearing it for two months due to illness / hospital stays. Very poor quality!
Fails to sync almost 9/10 times. Heart raye monitor is rubbish as when i run and push past my bounderies to the point of near feath, the heart rate monitor registers no numbers. Massive inconvenience as its what i bought a fitbit charge 2 for. The app needs a rowing exercise adding to it. Mote solo trails need adding as ive done them all countless times and im now bored of them. Maybe more clock faces. But most important the sunxing needs fixing.
Useless app. Wont sync unless forced repeatedly. It is forever looking for the tracker even though tracker is touching my mobile. Stops showing heartbeat altogether. Wasted my hard earned money on stupid product. And moreover Developer is not listening. He is bent on destroying the product and market. Updated just now 23112017 time 19:47 problem still there. Now one more added. No notifications
Ohmygoodness what is going wrong here guys! After the last batch of updates I no longer notifications, silent alarms come and go as they please (as in it won't work for a week and then suddenly one day it does) and worst of all it keeps reporting incorrect active minutes. Eg it'll say 20 active minutes but if I click the tile it will only say 9. Galaxy s8.
App appears to be buggy. Frequently have to force stop and restart because it hangs often, becomes unresponsive. App sometimes misses updates, such that the watch says I've walked enough to get the hourly activity dot but the app doesn't reflect the same status and never catches up. Blue tooth connection often fails.
