Review from Carmen Mazza
Network Operation Failed New update causes Network Operation Failed trying to log in to fitbit application on galaxy s3. Worked fine before update.
I own a charge 2. I really like the product. However, Android app is a pain. I have the latest version updated still it takes really long to sync. And at time it doesn't sync at all. I have to restart the app or the phone and then it will good few minutes to update. All the tiles are very slow in response. They take ages to load. Hardware and the trackers from fitbit are undoubtedly of top quality but what good is the hardware if we find it really difficult to look at the data and analyse in the app. Fitbit need to really make the app seamless and responsive.
Hi I just don't find this app intuitive or user friendly. The sleep tracker is not great in terms of display and what is tracked. And the nutrition section does not not seem user friendly- many food items are just not recognised with scanning. Suggest pulling data from a popular platform such as my fitness pal. The tracking and goals parts are fine.
After spending £100 on a new charge 2 I damn well expect the app to sync with it! Needless to say after one day, it won't sync. I've rebooted the Bluetooth and app. I've force quit the app and log out and in again. I've tried on a different t device but it will not sync. I now have a very expensive watch instead. Sort it out.
This app constantly crashes. Several features with the community don't work properly (for example, you try to add a friend or message a friend and there is nothing that shows that got done after you submit or enter). Unfortunately, it is necessary if you have a Fitbit tracker and for just managing the tracker it seems fine.
This is an amazing app recommended by a lot of people. I have used this app linked up to my fitbit and it works perfectly. It even tells me what time I got to sleep and when I woke up accurately. It has a very wide variety of settings and features such as how many calories you've burnt. Etc. Please get this app it is amazing.
Could be much better. The graphs detailing heart rates, sleep zones etc. are just not good enough. You can't zoom in to get more detail and trying to select a particular time on the heart rate graph is just impossible. I would really expect something that tracks my heart rate 24/7 to be able to show in more detail my specific heart rate at a specific time.
*Now you can view your sleep log in landscape on the detail view screen
*You can tap and view the detail information of your sleep in the full screen view
*Bug fixes and performance improvements
