NO LIMIT XL is a training application aimed at women who are larger in size, who recover after pregnancy, or who, for many reasons, cannot jump and strain their joints or abdominal muscles.
First, let me introduce myself. Hi! My name is klaudia :).
I am a mother of four children, a personal trainer, a coach of "Cross", "Training for Warriors", "Kettlebell" and an IFBB competitor. I was a finalist of the Polish Bodyfitness Championships.
Every day I motivate women, especially mothers. I am the founder of the fanpage on FB "Klaudia Szczęsna- Do it with me" and the originator of training in the NO LIMIT XL and NO LIMIT FIT applications.
For 9 years I have been helping women from all over the country, as well as from abroad, to get back in shape, based on my experience.
My last pregnancy meant that I gained the most weight and I am getting back in shape the slowest with even more responsibilities, which resulted in the idea for an application in which workouts are short, safe and effective for women in larger sizes and more ...
I want to show you that after four pregnancies you can make a form of your life without "driving" to training and not going on a restrictive diet. You can be successful, overcome your fears and make your dreams come true, while changing your life for the better and living in harmony with yourself.
