I love this app but... I installed this app (sept 13). And i tried to copy the and apply to myself the descriptions in the work out section. But i cant. Im tying the beginner work out. Its simple but i cant apply it to myself. I search in google and play videos in youtube but i still cant. Nothing change though. Im hoping for some advice from you and some helpful tips. Thanks a lot. (oh by the way im 14 years old teen. I know it doesnt matter but ur app is helpful to other teens like me )
EPIC BEGINNING I am over the moon excited for Fit Girls Inc. I've done challenges for about a year and a half now and this APP is a GREAT START for ANYONE WONDERING what FitGirlsGuide is like on IG. The 28 DayJumpstart eBook launched my Fit Journey and so to see this free and accessible to everyone is sensational! This APP is a great peek...and srsly, if you like this...no joke, you'll DIG the eBook and great community that comes with it. OH. In case you're wondering, those before n afters? Great concept but..... Add more recipes... Add challenges that follow what is on Instagram... I notice you have fun daily challenges and weekly challenges on IG... Incorporate those into this app. The workout are nice but you have one set for *challenges" and something different in the beginners section. Add in app purchases (ie 28 day JumpStart book) add Reminders to check in.. These are just a few idea that I see... Great beta just needs a few more things to make it absolutely great...
Loving it, can't wait for official app! This app is great, it's really cute and a fun way to track your progress. I especially love the messages that are sent out every so often. A couple suggestions that would help me personally, perhaps have an option for the app to prompt you once a day to remind you to track your progress. I often forget I have the app and go days without tracking and have forgotten how my days went. It would also be nice if there was a "I did neither, but I stayed active!" Option, or something along those lines. Thanks!!
I liked the set up and exercises I saw and really looked forward to using it however I got signed out and I can't sign in no matter what I do. First it said I never confirmed my account however I was never sent a confirmation email and there is no button to send another one. Then I tried changing the password and it still wouldn't let me sign in. I even tried making another account but it won't allow me to even make another account, it just says there an invalid session token. I also can't seem to find an email to ask for help. This is my last attempt to get back in, hopefully someone from the app see this and can help me.
I like it, but... So this app is pretty neat :) I've been a Fitgirl since April of this year and I like how you can track your days with this. But, I think there should be a way to change the amount of reps you do, or a way to add more workouts incase you don't stick with the programs entirely. Also, maybe a way to move around the days if you don't do them in the same order. For example: I did Abs today even though it's Booty day, and for Day 3 it said "5 elbow-knees" but I did 10. Otherwise a neat app! <3
