Welcome to Heart Rize Fitness, we sculpted our program to maximize your potential in all aspects of fitness. Traditional workouts often only focus on one aspect like cardio to burn calories or weight lifting to build muscle, for example. The Heart Rize Fitness program was built to address all aspects of your body, from strength to heart health and everything in between, in one effective, results driven workout. This workout style creates muscle confusion, which increases stimulation and forces your muscles to adapt to new movements. Not only that, but you wonít get bored with machines and traditional training methods used by most gyms. We will develop different routines each time you visit the studio to keep you mentally engaged and enthusiastic about each workout. Our certified trainers will instruct each class to inspire, motivate and ensure proper exercise form. Members can expect to burn 500 ñ 1000 calories in a fun 50 minute workout. The TV monitors in the studio will display exercise form, heart rate zones, and calories burned throughout the workout. Your results will be saved in your Heart Rize Fitness app and reviewed monthly by our coaches.
