HIIT It with Britt workouts combine elements of functional movements and strength training, with a total body focus and highly varied exercises, in high intensity intervals followed by low intensity or rest. The flexible, highly adaptive, and varied structure of HIIT is designed to ensure individually challenging and optimal workouts for each client, regardless of fitness level.

HIIT is an efficient way to burn more fat in less time. When you work at high-intensity, you burn more total calories per pound of body weight while keeping your metabolism elevated throughout the day.
