REDEMPTION Fitness is a high intensity interval training focused group fitness concept, featuring three studio experiences all at one location. Our philosophy? It's never too late to commit or recommit to your relationship with health and fitness. That’s to say your health can be saved…or REDEEMED. At REDEMPTION, our classes are large enough to capitalize on the energy and camaraderie of the collective bunch yet small enough to receive individualized attention to ensure you're reaching your personal fitness goals. Our three key fitness experiences include:

*RIDE: Indoor cycling experiences, with an emphasis on power classes;
*REP: Cardio work on the treadmill mixed with strength training work on the floor:
*REBEL: Full body workout with all the kicking and punching one can handle.
