The app takes a long time to get it to work. When changing the weeks on a calendar, it freezes, and I often have to restart the phone. (I know it's not because of the phone, because everyone who has the app in the gym has the same exact issue. ) I learned to be patient and make it work, but nonetheless it is in need of the improvement and user friendly application.

The calendar skips weeks, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to make a class booking easily. I just end up using the mindbody app to make my bookings. I love my gym, but this app is a waste of space.

Recent update makes this app unusable. I cannot schedule classes. Error message reads "Sorry a problem occurred. please try again later." would give zero stars if that was an option.

What’s new

This release is mostly us cleaning up after ourselves — a booking mix-up that occasionally sent you to the wrong spot, a checkout hiccup, and a liability waiver that wasn't displaying properly. Quiet progress, delivered with a little humility.
