The app I always seem to come back to. I only wish it was possible to determine how many reps I want to do - or even have the app ask how I found each exercise and adapt the next set accordingly like another popular app. Then, it would be perfect!
I missed the feature of the older version to where I can just look up the individual exercise/workout for each muscle groups. Now I have to actually go through the plans or preset exercises to find the specific exercise/workout I want. Please bring back that feature. Other than that, the app is good.
Very nice app.....just one question though.....Iam now at 90kgs and my height is 5'8". I have gained my love handle very round and big......Hich exercise do I need to do so that I can ble to loose my weight to 70kgs and how many times a weak?? Answer Please Quickly
