When I was training for the air force my dad told me to run around a few blocks but I had no idea how far I was going and assumed I ran only 2 miles in 3 laps. Turns out I was running 2.5 miles which may not seem big, but it is closer to my goal of running 4 miles non-stop by a lot. This app also has a music feature which I use when I find my Bluetooth headphones and I listen to motivational speeches to pump me up and not quit. Definitely worth 5 stars
First time using this app. Didn't realize how awesome it was until I got home and was able to sit down and look at my results. It goes so far as to tell you, in detail on a color coded route, when you ran your fastest and slowest. It then goes on to show it in a variety of splits in a list form as well. Wish I had this when I ran cross country. Best part is that it indicates your fastest split. Turns out I need to warm up about a half mile more before taking on my run!
Was working great for about a month then started giving random distance/times every few seconds. When it worked I loved it (gps mapping, current/avg pace, run history, easy to use) . I could try reinstalling, but would lose run history which is why I got the app in the first place. Rather cut my losses and try a different app in case this is going to be an ongoing issue.
Easy to use and so far so good. I track my walking/ running routines. Update to my review. I tried to send a comment about what I thought could be an improvement to the app. But when I got to the area where it asked for my email address it kept reverting you back to your comment. It wouldn't let you continue. So I gave my 5 star review a 3 instead due to this issue. Also when using the app. For the second time it froze up trying to get it to start. Will continue to try it and see how it goes.
Great app. I can't run due to being quite overweight but use it for daily walking. It has helped me get slowly but safely fitter and am now up to 10 km per day. The mapping and history function are good for keeping me motivated and I have found it better to use than step counters as they can be inaccurate. The GPS is way better. Recommended.
The best app. I have paid subscription of runtastic, but the gps on that is buggy and my run freezes in between. Then i found this app, it works great!! Very light on battery, never misses a point of run & very good post results. Overall, highly recommended. Will it connect with honor band 3?
