I like this app. It gives you flexibility to design your own workouts or use built in workouts. You can create supersets or single exercises as part of your workout. It also let's you set rest time between sets/supersets and between exercises. Allows you to track weights used as well. My only suggestion is if i could go back to record weight after an exercise or workout. You can only do it for the current set or super set. If you forget to record weight, have to wait until next workout. But i think this is a great app overall.
I compared 10+ apps for weight training along the following criteria: popularity (number downloads), ease of use (searching exercises, making exercises favourite, compiling bespoke routines based on specific muscle group), video and picture guidance for exercises, functionality to have intervals between reps with alarm, large database exercises. THIS APP CAME OUT TOP WITH ALL ABOVE TICKED. only 1 missing feature: no cloud or browser backup (?)
Seems good so far. Better than any other workout app I've tried. I really like how it shows the workouts, great for someone that doesn't know any actual workouts with weights and machines. Hopefully tracking my daily workouts on here will get my staff sergeant off my back! Seems a bit buggy though, the profile part won't let me load a picture, just keeps stopping the app.
I didnt have the chance to see any of their workouts, the app is 100% worth the money. there is picture video etc for each move and even grip guide and rest. currently following abc+. I think you wont find a better app.if you have doubts about which program to follow, take abc+. it is pretty good
My issue with this app is that they dont have all the workouts that I do. This wouldn't be horrible if I could write in my own or even make a note on the workouts I do create. If that was an option then this app would be perfect. That being said, I love the app for the fact that there are images with the workout as I can never remember them just by name.
So far it is the best I have found. Videos and descriptions are well done and helpful. It would be great if there were more exercises especially the machine ones, or at least the ability to add other exercises. It would be great if we could edit a routine on the fly, other than just weight and reps. EG: Change an exercise or add one while performing a routine. It would also be nice if there was a good way to back-up your routines. You can e-mail them in share but not sure it can be imported back in. Drop box or Google Drive would be nice to store back up for that just in case scenario. Lastly I would like to see a progression chart, Or maybe some other way to track my progress. Price for premium is quite high for unknown extra content. It says there are more exercises but no way to tell unless you pay at least $9.99 for a month.
Best app to Become a Body Builder or to get Six Pack or to Become Slim and Fit
