The best Wellness app I ever used. It has all aspects you can think of, support groups, help from Doctors, phycologist, trainer, nutritionist, physician. Has recipes based on category, training that are done by live people every minute, not just them saying do 10 push-ups, during the training the trainers constantly keep motivating and pushing you. Also included are various educational videos on many categories, and also face fitness. Recommend it 100000 %

Not only that the app is easy yo use, but Anny is one amazing woman that helps other women become best versions of themselves. I've personally tried so many of these personal trainers apps and no one gives so much positive energy and none of them is ALWAYS there for their clients.
