This is great for beginners,I used to work out in strength training then focused on cardio for years.This is getting me back in the routine. I do upper body Monday and Wednesday, lower body Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday I do a bit of both so I don't consider Friday a workout day on the app . I like how you can do the exercises your way and I like that they all can be modified If need be.
Well it's really good if you don't have enough time for visiting gym. The app does the same thing in a shorter time
It works Im using this app for almost 2 weeks and I can say that I'm losing weight thanks alot to the people who make this app its so amazing❤❤❤❤
