I am using Runkeeper Go. Initially I found it quite interesting. But once I start to use TomTom watch sync the real problem start to creep in. I found that the splits and chats data often fail to sync. I tried NRC and Strava free version and both are interfacing well with tomtom but not Runkeeper. Additionally I think it will be good if the training programs were better and came with detailed instruction. I am not satisfied for my money and feel that Runkeeper does not create the value for money unless they plug the issues. Hope for a response and a solution.
I've been using this app for a few years now and everything was great but unfortunately since a few months ago it's not usable anymore due to GPS problems. In every run it either doesn't find signal or it loses it after a few kilometers and never recovers it again. This happens even on purely sunny days. Finally, I've tried using Runkeeper simultaneously with Runtastic and while the second one worked perfectly fine, Runkeeper still couldn't find my location. I know I can edit my route from the website but that doesn't solve the actual problem. I'm afraid I'll have to quit this at least until there's a fix.
The latest update (version 8.1.1) has not fixed any of the crashing that was prevalent in the previous two versions. I had rated this app 2/5 stars (down from 3) on the last version because of the crashing when any attempt is made to select any options on a saved activity. Now that a SECOND update has been released that has not addressed the crashing of the app at all, my rating of RunKeeper is 1/5. I have no confidence at all when using RunKeeper that it will not crash. Currently the app only crashes each and every time any attempt is made to press any options, such as looking at the splits, looking at the charts, assigning a pair of shoes to a run, or even something as simple as sharing the activity just completed. If you are an Android user, I DO NOT recommend installing this app for running, swimming or cycling activities.
What's going on entering weight on the app? Takes ages. Now the 'wait' pop-up. Takes over 5 minutes. If it doesn't crash the app
It is not tracking The god now on the same mobile. Samsung c9 pro
I find this a great app. I don't utilize any additional features or pay for it. If you want something simple that tracks your distance, speed and route this is it.
