The pros: the app calculates miles simply! Push start. The audio voice interrupts to let you know how car you have gone. The cons: it drains my battery very fast. There's nothing like making it five miles and realizing, you now have no music for the rest of the trip back! I love widgets! I was excited when I saw there is a widget to put on home screen in this program. It's a little glitch though. It doesn't want to stop once it finally starts.
Always hard to tell whether or not a running all is entirely accurate. This is pretty darn close, and for when I need those precise times I'm usually in a race and it won't matter since it's being times or tracked. My watch is also my backup. For the daily runs and tracking of miles or kilometers, this app is perfect.
Used to love this app but it's basically lost all functionality since it was updated in May. The GPS doesn't work for the first few kilometres (despite the GPS being fine for every other app) and the app crashes constantly. So I've lost long runs and haven't been able to track my speed and distance on shorter runs. Really unhappy.
App is great. Keeps track of your running , let's you create your own walk run routine, gives notification when to switch between the two, gives you notifications of your distance, pace, which can be modified to ones preference and much more. Keeps history of workout to look back and compare. Doesn't use data and it's free.
4/22/2016 lam updating this review to show thst the prrview I had with app has bern fixed. I love the app again and would highly rrcommend it. This updated review applies to the latest update to the App. I found it unresponsive when i attempt to save an activity after completing my workout. As a beginning runner, I have found this app to be indispensable. I wish I could use it on the treadmill when I can't run outside. That's the only reason I did not rate it a 5!
It doesn't hang anymore when I start an activity! I no longer have any big complaints. :) There's still just that one little bug where the distance cue gets further and further away from the intended distance cue (I've already submitted a proposed resolution, just waiting on the programmers to implement it). I like that I can add a photo after completing an activity.
