Not great. The app needs a complete UX/UI redesign. The menu is difficult to navigate, the app architecture isn't intuitive, and while the functionality offers an experience different than the website, the flow is frustrating. From a UX perspective, change your navigation menu, increase your font size, use a darker background with white font or a light background with dark font for readibility. Make action items clear and replace your social media buttons with icons on a home screen.

This app is very poorly designed. UI looks like it was made by a high-school app development class. If you select a booking type, the times dont match what you selected. Not user friendly at all. App should be more streamlined and contain more detail. If you are trying to book while traveling, this app will frustrate you.

it's really unfortunate that after going online, and downloading the app...filling out an account AND verifying said account, I still can't see any pricing without a credit card, GTFO! I will NEVER use minute suites because of this, I would rather choose the floor. BYE!
