This app is getting on my nerve. Having trouble booking, keep signing me out, my passes are wiped out once in awhile which blocks me from booking for classes, and now I can't even enter the app. Error message keep popping out saying that theres problem with the internet connection (which is perfectly fine btw. I can watch a HD video while i'm at it) or server error. If there is one thing that needs improvement, it's your app.

This is really weird arrangement. We opt in for monthly pass with 13 times usage, but the apps limit booking 3times per week, and only offer manual booking 1 times. This is MONTHLY usage and customers shall arrange to attend the class freedom. Why need to control customers using 3times per week? And sometimes we are busy working in the particulars week and this make us unable attend at least 2 to 3 classes. pls be more considerate. SG user
