A fun and effective class, The Main Body workout takes on an energetic fusion of yoga, Pilates, dance, and innovative techniques of barre moves to get you long and lean. Using isometric movements, free weights and resistance to lift, tone and tighten every major muscle group, this class offers variety with an exciting blend. Bringing you a mix of low-impact strength training, cardiovascular endurance, while providing a balance of unique stretches to enhance flexibility, you will achieve your best physique. Optimizing your mind, body and soul you will walk out feeling satisfied, sexy and strong, every class, every time! You will burn about 300-500 calories per class (We recommend taking this class 3x a week to see significant results).

ROCK HARD is a 75 minute energetic, non-stop workout, emphasizing on targeting your glutes and abs, while empowering and encouraging you to reach new heights. Set to fun music, we use cardio calisthenics, strength training and barre moves to boost your metabolism, build your endurance, and bring significant results, quickly! Increase your body strength and flexibility, get strong and sexy with sculpted firm muscles and a lean beautiful waistline. You will burn about 300-500 calories per class (We recommend taking 3 of THE MAIN BODY classes before taking this class).

Concentrating on the essentials of balance and focus, we set the mood to dimmed lighting, candles, and eclectic music, where we practice Vinyasa style yoga and our variety of our barre moves to create a foundation that fundamentally work every part of the body, inside and out. Optimizing on significant results, we lift with free weights, learn proper alignment, achieve agility and strength.
