Very easy to use this app. I like that I can log everything I eat and can find every food item possible, even create my own recipes, and especially the scanning option. You scan the bar code of anything and it tells you the calorie count. And you can adjust the portions you ate so it's more accurate. I can also see throughout the day how many calories I've eaten so far, or enter my meals ahead of time at the beginning of the day so can predict where I'm at.

Documenting with this app has made me realize how many calories I WAS eating. And, seeing the numbers made me realize what I thought was healthy really wasn't. A real eye opener. Being honest with myself and recording it here was the biggest obstacle. I've lost 55 #s so far. I like the little rewards (badges) and timeline. It's an 'at a girl', pat on the back encouragement.

This app would be much better if they would fix their intergration issues with other apps. I shouldn't have to wait days to see my exercise, if it shows up at all. I've tried multiple times to fix this using their support. It's just done poorly with absolutely zero effort of their part to keep and maintain a good product. Find something else.
