Took a star away. Would like to create challenges for specific exercises ie. Squats. So I earn points only for doing squats in that challenge, not points for all my other activities. I downloaded this and didn't use it for 5 months. June 28th i started using it. I have LOST 40LBS! This is one of my daily apps. You do the work but it helps you track everything. If you are honest with yourself and enter everything daily you will see results. I did have really frustrating days but stuck with it and was honest, it paid off. Easy to learn. Love it! Best app ever!
I use this to sync with Google fit, which it will do intermittently. My exercise logs with G fit but its rarely seen in the lose it app, even though it says it does sync! It needs to be better to support proper fitness tracking. Shame!
This app is pretty okay. The best part of the free version is the ability to build your own recipes and create your own foods and share them. App has a huge database of food items. My biggest issue is the lack of quality control, there are many instances of food items with incorrect nutritional information. The app also hangs a bit when loading database entries, and it is because of the reliance on the database that this app is virtually pointless if used offline.
When creating custom foods and inputting both the brand and product name from drop down menus, the custom food does not get saved. The exercise section doesn't have all exercises and when making one you can input only every 5mins..... I can't do 5mins of planking.....
Great App with a vast food bank and logging capabilities. Plus there's a significant amount of user submitted food items that the Lose It! Developers haven't added yet. Which helps to extend the ease of use and increase the usefulness.
The premium version is too expensive for what it adds. 40 to 70% less and I will buy it. Something to think about.
