Lost 40lbs This app is extemely helpful with weightloss. I did have the premium pack for a year but it wasnt really worth it for me to keep. I had it a few years ago so im not sure how much it changed but it didnt keep track of vitamins which i really need and fitbit does for free. I just find this app more user friendly with entering food data. I quit the app and gained back some weight but im already losing again! Ten pounds til my goal! Thank you to the creaters of this app, youve changed my life for the better!
Can't speak more highly about Lose It! I'm a college student so during the semester exercise and eating healthy isn't too high on my list of priorities. The past two summers I've used this app and had amazing success losing 20 pounds last summer and 30 pounds this summer so far. The app is easy to use and super convenient for logging food and exercise.
Really nice app Few things 1. Make the free version ad supported with full features it will make you money and then lower the price of the paid verion. Without ads 39 a year is crazy. 2. The macros could be a bit better like i would like to see salt levels etc 3. If you did these would be five star and I would be happy with ether version as revenue is important for making the app better :)
Good but limited. I love the design and simplicity of the app. I switched from My Fitness Pal for this reason. I really wish it gave me tips on how much protein or fat a certain item is after I've added it. That was an awesome feature from My Fitness Pal. I've also noticed searching for foods on my android phone takes an extremely long time compared to a search on the iPhone. Other than these few things it's OK.
Valuable Weight Loss Tool I love this app! The premium features are awesome, but even the free features alone are simply amazing. The app is easy to use, motivating, and really provided insights into my eating habits. Only suggestion I have for users is to not eat your exercise calories. This app adds calories burned from exercise to daily calorie consumption (increases calories you can eat). I lose weight better when I don't consume the added calories.
Down 15 lbs I went to my Dr. and told her I was having trouble losing weight. She told me about this app, I downloaded it and it is day 49 and I am down 15 lbs. Over the past year I have tried everything and nothing worked. This app is so easy and very informative. I enjoy tracking my food. Everything I put in the search I have found. I paid the money to upgrade and it is definitely worth it. So much cheaper than WW. I highly recommend. I have 45 more pounds to go and I am feeling confident with this app I will.
Improvements: We ironed out a few kinks so searching for foods in our database is smooth like butta’ (that’s how we say it in Boston).
New: More tap-triggered animations! We haven’t been this excited about animations since they brought Brian back from the dead on Family Guy.
Fixed: Bugs. We squash ‘em like it’s our job (‘cause it kinda is.)
