This is very good, if you follow the plan it will work! Simple as that! I have a big quibble though... it's too easy to log calories into the wrong day. Can you please make the ' log complete' button lock & unlock the ability to add entries. Also somehow make it VERY CLEAR when you are looking at TODAY.
I couldn't get past the first page. It defaulted the birthday to be Jan 1 1975 and I cpuld not type in the date only select it from the calendar. I seriously had to scroll through 5yrs of pages of months before getting to 1980 and accidentally clicked something and had to start over... seriously? Born in 88 so would have been doing this for a while. Just let the users type in the date... stupid
Lose it is amazing! In 77 days, I have lost 20.5 pounds. Thanks to the ease of food tracking, the realization of my bad habits, and the small bits of encouragement thought the day, I am NOT dieting. I am creating a healthy relationship with food. I have struggled with eating disorders (on both ends of the spectrum) for 22 years, and I finally feel like I'm getting healthy , thanks in huge part to this great system.
This app is making me stress eat. I can't track what I eat cause it just crashes my phone only to clog my phone with advertising for the premium features. It may be because I use an Android, but it's still not a quality product.
I just downloaded the app. Liked the layout and design of it and how it tells u how long it takes to reach your goal. But I can't even log the food I'm eating! Everytime I try the app just crashes or sends me back to the sign in page. Guess I'll have to find another app..
Enjoying this so far, and hoping it will help me reach my goal weight. Would like to see a travel pause option or something similar. For example if I'm on an international flight, it's difficult to remember everything I ate.
