Not worth the money There are a lot of free apps with more to offer than this app there is no customer service to contact to cancel so buyer beware
Great Tool There's nothing like tracking calories to really understand how to improve your eating habits. I've used this app for years and it's helped me control my weight. I'm only rating it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the verified food items are out of whack since the last update.
Best free app! I have paid previous subscriptions for Weight Watchers and a few other apps, this one beats them all hands down. Easy logging for meals and snacks. I haven't had any issues yet and I've been using it daily since March 3rd. If you are looking for an app to help you lose weight, download this one. You won't regret it. I've lost 35 pounds in 3 months. It's amazing!
5 Stars, Except... ... Lose it! updates it's database of food items by allowing users to submit calorie and nutrient information. This means that you kinda have to have a general knowledge of calories already, so you can spot errors. For example, know that 2 large eggs is not 72 calories, but 144. That's one I've seen. Or maybe it's because the data gets garbled sometimes. Like if I have 2 servings of, say, pretzel sticks that total 240 calories, it'll show up as 120 for TWO servings next time. Weird.
Ease of use Definitely helped me to track my weight loss. Never know how many calories your actually taking in without looking it up. Thanks to the app I went from 3000 calories a day to 1500-1800.
Great app I've been using this app for about three weeks and the results are amazing. It is so easy to keep track of all your food intakes and calories making it easy to keep an eye on what you eat. Easy to use and navigate. Great app.
Improvements: We ironed out a few kinks so searching for foods in our database is smooth like butta’ (that’s how we say it in Boston).
New: More tap-triggered animations! We haven’t been this excited about animations since they brought Brian back from the dead on Family Guy.
Fixed: Bugs. We squash ‘em like it’s our job (‘cause it kinda is.)
