Really works for me and my schedule. I am a very busy woman, I work 4 nights 10 hour shifts and i go to school so finding the time to workout was the hardest part ,but with this app when I have the time I am not trying to figure out what to do I just pick my area I'm working on that day and get it done. This app is so helpful on every fitness level I love it and probably end up paying for the full version
I haven't had a chance to really use the app much before it wanted a review, but so far I've seen that it has tons of useful information. There's not enough free routines for me though. I'll have to have it a while longer to see if it's worth a better rating and worth paying for. Will update then... The app seems to run smoothly and is very easy to use.
Hoy fue mi primer día usando la app fue genial ahunque me dio risa por que temprano cuando instalé la app puse para empezar a a Ser ejercicio pero como estaba ocupada cerré la y paso masomenos una hora y me mandó un mensaje que si quería hacer ejercicio y tener resultados pues tenía que a Ser ejercicio me encantó . Por fin alguien se preocupa por mi 😀
Today's challenge exercise was not reflected as completed when mark as completed right away, please fix. But nice app..
I'm ok with it giving reminders, but the whining in the reminder makes me not want to use it. "You've failed yesterday, but it's time to work out now" is so annoying.
Would like gym machine work outs added for all muscle groups PLEASE! 😁
