I'm using the free workouts at the beginning level. It's a great app as its got a countdown timer and there's a video of the exercises in real time (can sometimes be a little difficult to keep looking if your just watching on phone). Love that it automatically records it on the fitbit app. It's great that there's a fitness test the first time that you use the app, so it can give you appropriate workouts. I imagine that its much better when paying for premium. Gave it 4 as I can only have 2 free workouts a week, which I didn't realise at the start (but suits me fine for my fitness level atm) and I don't know how good the full features are/work
This ap is amazing! It includes instructional videos that fit my schedule perfectly, and the coaches give you motivation! They have a multitude of workouts tailored to your body! They have a huge variety of workouts from practical, to hard core with varying lengths and difficulties. It tells you how many calories you burn doing the workout, and you can set goals for yourself. It automatically updates to fitbit devices, so you get information on how well you are exercising!
Please could you put the reps/duration amount back on the countdown screen. You took it off with an update yesterday? You need to know that before the exercise as you can't always look at the screen during the exercise. Thanks. Edit: Looks like the reps/duration is just missing when displayed via Chromecast. On an Android device they are displayed. Please could you look at putting the reps/duration back when being viewed on a Chromecast. Thanks.
I haven't worked out in over 3 years, since getting pregnant caused hip and pelvis pain. I never got back into it because it felt too hard to find a way to get to the gym. This app is coaching me back into it at my own pace! Since I am pretty self conscious at the gym, it is so awesome to have a tool that is THIS good at my disposal. I wish there were more free workouts, but, hey, it's awesome and much cheaper than a personal trainer!!
Lots to like. Workouts responsive and tailored to your progress. Videos helpful. Easy to navigate. Some areas to improve would be to add cool down and stretches to workouts, and add more strength building options, especially that incorporate weights and gym equipment.
A whole lot cheaper then a personal trainer at the gym. If you trying to save money. But workout itself is versatile and easy to do at home. When doing the exercise correctly you definitely will feel the burn.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
