Haven't used it a ton, but... I think this is awesome. Right now I have been randomly using just the free app. I have been debating paying for the yearly subscription but am having a hard time deciding because if I don't use it enough I will be bummed out. I love that it tailors routines to my activity level and ability level. I haven't messed with the new features yet, but they seem pretty exciting. THE ONLY THING IS I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ON MY TV! I have a Roku, so creating a Roku channel would be awesome.
Great workouts for anywhere anytime Started using fitstar and i love it, the flexibility, the ease of use, great variety. I plan to go premiuim as a reward for a weight loss goal, cant wait to get there. However, the freestyle workouts are great. My only dislike is the few seconds wait, & having to select next exercise between exercises i would sooner just get straight into each one no delays. That aside my favourite app to go with fitbit!
Just had my first workout I love it! The workouts are challenging, but for someone who just wants to get a little more active during the winter, they're perfect. Rating the exercises made me really aware of my own body, and it's nice to have a program that's somewhat tailored to me. I don't think I'll go premium yet, but as I get farther along, the other programs look like fun :)
Killer I just tried out over 10 workout programs and this one is the best! Not only does it feel more professional it works great too. There are plenty of workouts that you can sample. If you need a challenging workout just try the Mudder Mayhem. It will get your heart pumping. I purchased a subscription because the workouts are that good! I'm currently docking 1 star because of the new trainers. I really liked the old trainer. He was awesome! They could have the option to still have him.
I've begun using this app after my old Wii fit quit. Had a lot of apprehension about extreme pushing and over working ....not no! It very accurately assessed me and gave me the workouts needed and at my level. Lots of encouragement. Very much liking it. I also like that it logsy workouts into my fitbit account . this is optional.
Good before, great now The new version of this is so much better! Love the variety of people demonstrating, picking my coach, the brighter atmosphere, the new moves, and the radio stations. I originally started due to an injury that prevents me from running, and couldn't be happier that I made the switch from cardio junkie to strength training. I've lost 30 lbs & 5 inches off my waist in 140 sessions over 8 months. Only con: catchy names for workouts instead of identifying muscle groups worked. Please at least put in parentheses!
