Almost perfect. It's kind of laggy to Chromecast but not so much that it's unusable and running from my phone works fine. I'd really like more free content (especially programs), or perhaps ways to unlock some premium content without spending money (since I don't have any). I bet Premium would be totally worth it if you have the money though, and Fitstar is infinitely better than DailyBurn both in terms of content and technical functionality. I also love that it syncs with your FitBit if you have one! I feel like I'm learning a lot about fitness and Fitstar is VERY adaptable to all skill levels, which I appreciate, especially because I'm stronger in some muscle groups than others (like, I can do squats all day but pushups make me cry). tl;dr if there were more content available for free and if streaming were a little faster I'd give Fitstar 5 stars without hesitation.
I haven't worked out in over 3 years, since getting pregnant caused hip and pelvis pain. I never got back into it because it felt too hard to find a way to get to the gym. This app is coaching me back into it at my own pace! Since I am pretty self conscious at the gym, it is so awesome to have a tool that is THIS good at my disposal. I wish there were more free workouts, but, hey, it's awesome and much cheaper than a personal trainer!!
It's the first app where i do not speed up each video just to get through it. I work along side the video and it keeps a good pace. I also like how it does not push you to hurting yourself. It allows you to go at your own speed and work your way up!
For me to be a beginner, this is just right, got me up and moving this morning, I love the fact that I can benefit from the workouts from fitbit, I have a long way to go but with this app, I can keep track of my exercises. Thank you, Tamera Wigfall
It's an ok app for the able-bodied. The price for the premium is actually fair and had I been able to fully customise my work out to include my disability I would have subscribed. Never the less it is a good app and a wonderful accompany to the fitbit app. Sorry I couldn't rate it higher but in this day an age inclusion is key.
Not enough low impact, cool down routines in the free sections. Not a good fit (no pun intended) for those with long term injuries or are less coordinated. Kind of puts the cart before the horse, not in shape so you can't do the exercises, you already need to be in shape to do them.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
