Fitterfox is a personalized home workout trainer which designs workout plans for you that adapts your needs and help you achieve your health goals in the environment you prefer, through video workouts.
Fitterfox focuses not only on losing weight or gaining muscle, but has a holistic approach to fitness which includes increasing your strength, stamina and flexibility.
Since we realize that it is difficult for you to set aside time for exercising, our workouts take only 10-15 minutes of your time. They can be done anywhere, with no equipment required.
We keep your exercise routines fun using a combination of HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio, Yoga poses or asana, with increasing intensities as you progress.
Most of our free workouts are 10 minutes each, but we have a range of premium workouts like the 7 minute full body workout, 5 minute warm-up, 7 minute full body stretch, 7 minute cardio & abs workout, 15 minutes ab extreme, 7 minute bed workout - for the back and legs and the 30 minute full body workout.
• Personalization - The workouts are recommended based on your age, gender, height, weight and fitness goals. As your become fitter, our workouts get more challenging.
• Guidance - Fitterfox guides you through your fitness plan, increasing and decreasing difficulty as per your feedback. The more we get to know you, the better will be the workout that we offer you. Apart from fat loss plans and muscle gaining plans, we also have specialized plans like a Ab Toning Plan and Lower Body Strengthening Plan.

HIIT Cardio Workout: These workouts are the ones which burn the most calories. Cardio workouts make a fun yet challenging workout to increase your stamina and help in toning muscles.
