The update does sound good but the fact that we can't no longer use custom music for workout sessions really bugs me. Please include the option whether to choose our not to choose your inbuilt playlist for custom playlists. The Voice commands seems almost muffled and hence hard to understand. Rest are good. Cheers.
Liking the new update features! Though when I'm using my mobile data, which is kinda slow, it takes too long to load the workout. Sometimes it's just stuck in the middle. I'm guessing it's because the file becomes too big to download. The app does have options to turn off music and instructions but it seems that it still downloads the whole thing. Please fix this problem.
One of the best workout apps out there. The feedback at the end of each session allows you to change the difficulty level, which is great. The excercises really do stretch out your muscles.
The app is great, easy to use and beautifully designed. The voice guidance is good but missing when to inhale and exhale in some of the exercises. The workouts are ascending in hardness and carefully designed to each person. I think the app still missing: 1. Option to connect to fitness trackers and use the input like HR to better design the workouts. 2. Option to report back and integrate with Samsung Health or Google Health for the people who track there life with it. 3. A weight graph to show how good I'm doing and how much I've lost since I started. 4. A better description of the plan, like how long it's going to take. For example, I'm on the beginners plan but I don't know when I'm going to switch to the next one, specially that I do 2-3 circuits daily. I do recommend anyone who wants to lose weight, gain muscle mass or just stay fit to use this awesome app. I added one extra star because the updates added already the voice instructions to the exercises and the customer support is great and the developers are very understanding
First of all a big congrats to the team. Such a good work you are doing with the app. This is the best fitness app ive ever used. Minimal yet explanatory.The idea of personalised excersices and feedback is awesome. Since we are all about making ths app even better i have some suggestions. 1. Some of tge background musics are really motivating but some are really sleepy like the ones we use when meditate. 2. Voice guidance lack instructions about when to inhale and exhale during most of tge excersises. 3. An index for all the excersises would be nice to know the proper way to do that. Explanation during the excersice is nice but it consumes time of the workout. 4. You can increase the factors of motivation. Like adding one more resourse like coins or giving more coins or anything like that. 5. It would be nice if feedback on dietary goals are asked like if weight is reduced or gained.you can add motivation factors for goals achieved. 6. You should give an overall plan of workout. Like working out this much weeks on this plan will help you gain this much weight . 7. I would suggest a tracking of water intake. But i feel like it will affect minimalistic feel of the app. Just think about it. 8. App lacks arm and forearm excersises.please add that too
I would love to give 5stars but need more improvement's... Give button or show Text exercise guide under each Demo or exercises... Give breath IN n Out information... Also required more info whether each 10mins exercises to be done once a day or can we do all workouts (Upper/ Lower/Core...etc) done at a same or next / alternate days and of all Thanx a lot for creating this app, free n Ad free .... Kudos :)
