Very upset with the service. Booked a free trial and went to the gym but upon reaching there the instructor said that the class is full and hence I cannot attend the same. Before giving options to customers and confirming their slot, fitticket must ensure that the customers do not face any issues pertaining to availability of slots. Extremely irritated with the experience.
Poor service The support service of the Fiticket team is very poor. I got no response on the customer care number even on my third trial. On top of that my booking was cancelled without any explanation. Had great expectations from the app but highly dissapointed.
Only listings but nothing more Has a lot of listings that all look the same. Unsure/ difficult on how to participate. Its easier to just call up the place or party, than to use the app. Nice idea but needs completion. Developers should perhaps focus on one or two activities like running, get that perfected, then add more
Network error for anything and everything you try to book. Terrible. First impression. No one answers calls on the number provided either.
No support I got discount voucher from chroma. But it gives error when I apply. Tried calling customer care number given in the app. Nobody picks up! A fantastic idea going to waste.
Wonderful idea - details wrong Activity detail/ timing at some centres are outdated. Please update
