as a long time buyer of 5 guys. I'm getting a little fatigued by the high prices, lack of deals, lack of rewards and just everything about how expensive it is. as it stands, I will be taking a long break from this restaurant, and exploring other just as good affordable options. I just can't justify the price anymore. app works fine.

Can you not use doordash for 3rd party delivery they are bad. They steal items, they don't check if they grab the full order, and they take over an hour to deliver no matter the time or location. Then doordash customer service refuse to take any complaints and tells me to contact you. You are fine, the problem is doordash drivers. As long as you use doordash, I'm no longer a custom. You can literally give it to a homeless person without a vehicle and it will get to me faster and with all items.

It's quite possible this is the worst restaurant app out of all apps. Basic functionality doesn't work. I cannot add an item to the cart, then go read a text, and then come back to the cart and still have the item in it. Unreal. also, it is too hard to reorder items from a previous order. I get errors telling me they no longer offer little cheeseburgers. of course they do
