It's quite possible this is the worst restaurant app out of all apps. Basic functionality doesn't work. I cannot add an item to the cart, then go read a text, and then come back to the cart and still have the item in it. Unreal. also, it is too hard to reorder items from a previous order. I get errors telling me they no longer offer little cheeseburgers. of course they do

Ordering was easy, but you can only put an apartment number in the notes at checkout. There's no delivery tracking. And if/when the driver leaves your order at the wrong door, you have no way of knowing until calling the store a hour and a half after because there's no customer support in the app. then it takes multiple support tickets and messages to their Facebook to finally get a refund 3+ weeks later. Save yourself the headache and just spend more through doordash.

When I first got this app it worked perfectly. However, over the last several months when I've tried to use the app it keeps giving me a 'ERROR Invalid Auth Token. Ive tried updating the app, exiting and going back it and even restarted my phone to no avail. please work on addressing this issue! I love this place and being able to use the app makes things so much easier for a family on the go.
