I set up an account. got an email letting me know that even tho the card is being sent in the mail I can still collect points. however the app tells me that I cannot login in due to no account with that email address exist.... so what about the confirmation email yall sent me?? this seems like a shady scam process in which thousands of ppl will submit their personal info...
What a counter-intuitive app! Apps are suppose to make things easier, instead it is unbelievably annoying to buy tickets with this app. What takes 2 minutes to buy using chrome on my phone takes 3x that long on this app with stupid force login, stupid prompts that ask if you want to buy dbox. If I want dbox I would've chosen dbox in ticket selection wouldn't I? And the scene card fill out, yes, you can save your card in managing your card, but if I already signed in my scene on the app, is it not a very logical thing to implement an auto-fill when prompt about scene points?
The app itself is fine, but I'm unable to log in to my scene account. I continually get the error message - Login Failed. Sorry, an error has occurred. Please fix!
This is the most useless app. Last time I deleted it because it took up WAY too much space, wanted way too much information and there was always a log-in failure. Months later I downloaded it again so I could have my scene card on my phone and it still won't let me log in with my email or through Google+ even after resetting the password and restarting the app. I just want my scene card, not all the extra junk and promos.
I'm wanting the Scene app but this is all I can find. Not cool. Doesn't give me access 2 my scene acct.
I think the app is great. Oddly enough, only 1 or the 2 Cineplex in my city appear in the "Near Me" feature, however if I search Theatres and look it up by name I am able to locate the 2nd one.
