A horrible app. After how many attempts to update my contact information, I'm unable to and I can never make a payment. I always have to log in on my laptop instead. Like what is the point of having this app if it doesn't do anything. Just another pointless app hogging space on my phone. Good job, Rogers. *rolls eyes*
For the last few months, I've been unable to get into this app. It was adequate when it worked, but all I get now is "we're experiencing some difficulties." I get this message whether I'm on WiFi or mobile data. For the cost of phone plans in Canada, and the amount of profit Rogers makes, this is unacceptable. If you can build a nation-wide cellular network, you can build a functioning app for your clients.
The UI, starting from landing screen, is not tailored to the specific customer, but serves the company's marketing / sales initiatives. I just care about my account, I'm not using Texture nor Spotify through Rogers: why are they constantly cluttering the home screen without an option to remove them?
App doesn't work anymore, tried to uninstall but its bloatware that cannot be removed. Tried again after update and still doors not work.
"We are having some difficulties.." uhm for like all of February?!? Changed my password, still unable to use app/monitor data, billing etc, huge annoyance, couldnt get bill payment date/amnt., better not get a late charge!!
The app does not work. It keeps saying technical difficulty. Please try again later. The app has had technical difficulty for months now.
