Fiverr is a great idea but executed poorly. Most of the talent on there can't speak proper English so they do your order haphazardly. Per Fiverr's policy if you're dissatisfied with the work you received you have to ask the person you hired to give you a refund directly. It's ridiculous. Imagine having to ask your doctor that you don't like his work and that you want a refund for that visit. It's terrible. And if you do manage to get a refund it's just store credit they don't refund it to your credit card. I will never purchase on Fiverr again.
Good platform. Inconsistent sellers. When a job is cancelled by a service provider who can't fulfill what they said they could, I should be able to copy and paste the original job details on the mobile app to save myself the hassle of typing it all pout again.
Collaborators I found on Fiverr is hit or miss. There are a couple of sulliers that I am happy about their work and work with them multiple times. But there are also suppliers that I won't work with them again. Over all, since pricing is quite competitive, I am willing to try my luck.
The apps interface is perfect but the notification bug is a problem. Since the last update it seems to have improved a bit but I still don't get notifications instantly. This has caused me to loose several job opportunities. I and several other affected sellers would appreciate It if this bug could be fixed.
How you work this app?? First of all when I choose a profile picture the boc to fit the picture in is literally a sliver so the picture ends up being super zoomed in a pixelated. Second theres no button to start selling. I can only buy other peoples services I cant find the way to start my own gig. The interface of this app is terrible. Also you need more categories theere isnt a whole lot, this app needs a lot of work.
It is okay but quite limited. I use the app mainly to keep in touch with my buyers and see my progress. Unfortunately cannot edit gigs on the app nor can you view the time left before deadline of delivery so you need to access the desktop version to do so. Also I wish the response time would reset monthly because there are months when no work comes in and is stuck on your old response time which penalises you from moving to the next level. I hope Fiverr fixes that.
