You have to give app permission to too much on your phone. Not worth the hassle of the app always turning wifi and other things on when not in a wifi area. Deleted.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there are users who are less experienced than you who thinks the app is broken when there is no internet. Which is why we assist them with WiFi connections. App permissions are required and created by the Google Android OS for the features that the App has available.

Cannot load jurisdiction list. I have a valid internet connection on my phone, but it will not load a jurisdiction list, so I cannot use the app.
