I have no way of knowing or following up on service requests sent to the city. No tracking number for the city, an app tracking number not useful to me. Also app dev didn't respond to my questions.
Currently evaluating app I am currently evaluating this app for potential municipal use. So far the application looks pretty good I am looking at a couple of minor problems which I will report back to the municipality.
Report doesn't go to 311 Says that my report went to my municipality 311 but when I asked a 311 representative if they have received any reports from this app they said no.
Great app It does what its supposed to do I had a.problem and the app was as easy as making a phone call
