Love the idea, but several pieces aren't functioning. The worst is that the app will not let me cancel a job, and that's the only way to cancel the job. I just get error messages. I've had other small problems like the GPS my technician not working, but that isn't detrimental. Not being able to cancel can cost me money & someone else time. We've tried on 2 different phones to no avail. The app also says I have an unpaid invoice, but, when I go to view the details, it says balance $0. Confusing.

"Good News Update Available"... Only no update, can't access the app, can't reach customer service, get ahold of account services and they say "oh you're with the sister company, then they transfer you back to start. Don't waste your money or time with this company. If you can, get a refund.
Unable to log in. Everything was ok initially but once I downloaded the app it keeps telling me that I need to confirm my phone number. It does not take me to another page not is there a pop up to confirm. It will not allow me access to the profile I set up to confirm anything. If the way this app functions, or lack thereof, is indicative of the service from this company then this is terrible.
