App started off good! I was getting points for all my purchases, got one $10 gift card redeemed. I haven't gotten a point since then, actually since May. It's no longer tracking my emails or orders for the past almost 3 months. Will be going into my email to deny them Access and deleting the app. Waste of space.. they won't let you put a ticket in either to ask what's going on. I keep getting an Error message every time I try to submit one.

This was a great app initially, easily connecting to my email addresses and tracking orders. Unfortunately around the middle of July, it quit tracking. I put in a ticket and was told there was an issue being resolved, and my orders started tracking again. Despite this, my orders have quit tracking again as of August 8, 2025. It is now the 25th of August and still no updates, and I cannot put in a ticket for support because every time it continually gives me an error message.

I don't mind an app that tracks purchases to give rewards, I actually love them. What I don't love is when they change the earning amount on me. It was either 1500 or 1600 points to cash out for $5. Now it's 1800 points. Update: It signed me out and when I signed back in it was disconnected from my email. Looks like it wasn't long after I posted the above comment and now I can't even cash out until 4000 points ($10). What a waste, deleting this one.
