Amazing camera, but buggy This is the most amazing camera app I have ever used. However I seen to have issues with it on my "One plus 2". It crashes a lot, not responding, and sometimes I can't even use the sliders to adjust the brightness. Recently I've been needing to reopen the app just so I can take a picture because it wouldn't even let me take them. Any suggestions?
Uninstalled. This was a good app and it does take decent pics. Latter upgrades have been backward step. Twice picture hasn't saved. Out of memory messages. Freezing. Previous image ghosts through briefly. I now feel lucky if I get two pictures in a row without something happening. Now using on Moto X Play as I'd hoped things would improve on Android 6.x.x. Still crashes a lot. Now two PNG files in the FV5 directory are showing as broken - I.e. empty black boxes in the gallery. I'm certain these files were OK earlier.
Speed priority mode a little bugged in the z5 premium Hey devs, the ISO selection isn't proper in the speed priority mode. Oh, and the "long" exposure sometimes gives longer exposure than long+ . Please try to include ISO control in the speed mode, especially the long exposure mode. Great app, thanks
OK Zoom shots show as regular shots (wide) in FV-5 viewer. After a png file is deleted it leaves a bigger sized DNG in the FV5 folder, which I quite like. In fact I prefer the DNG! So the only issue is with zoom. On S6
Great Glad to see the developers have managed to work around Sony's awful resolution limit of third-party camera apps. Now just waiting for Sony to implement the full Camera 2 API for things such as Depth Of Field tweaks.
Timelapse never worked Purchase this app for my trip to Yellowstone National park. Everytime I started to run the timelapse, It kept crashing. Disappointed with this purchase. I had to use cameringo Lite edition.
- New: now is finally possible to capture full-resolution images on all the Sony Xperia Z5 variants (thanks Sony for limiting the resolution on all third party applications, very nice!).
- New: manual focus assist tool. Shows a zoomed view while adjusting the focus manually for pixel-perfect focusing! Enable it on Settings / Viewfinder / Focus assist.
- Fixed: orientation of the front-facing camera on some devices.
- Fixed: face detection was crashing on some devices.
