Ratings and reviews

The app tends to be very slow. I don't like how the bill pay works, it states your money may be withdrawn before, on, or after the date you enter. Which makes managing your money difficult, & makes me not want to use the bill pay option. I have a budgeting app I use that you can connect with your bank account, but the banking app never stays connected to this app & locks me out of my bank account. I have called the both help desks for this issue many times but it never gets fully resolved.

Worked fine until the latest update, now if I try to set it up for fingerprint login, the app crashes during login after recognizing my fingerprint. So I have to uninstall and reinstall and then type my password in each time instead. Which is fine, but a pain.

Fleetwood Bank is absolutely the best bank for all banking needs. Staff is professional and knowledgeable, and they listen.They always have a smile, making you feel welcome. This is truly a hometown bank.
