Evaluating as a trial and found the app unresponsive, and crashed twice consecutively while trying to add a customer. The keypad would not come up when trying to type the name. Then after pressing back, went to a blank screen and crashed. Could not imagine how frustrating it would be to rely on this to run my business. Needs work.

Everything I was looking for and more! I recommend this to everyone looking for HVAC software. Very simple and user-friendly while fully integrating a business into one portal capable of inventory, invoices, work orders, time sheets, billing, payroll, etc. the list goes on.

Good for keeping track of everything but as the app on mobile goes... Its a bit slow... Looooading... Each... Work... Order... Now... Invoice... Wait for it... Edit... Insert item.... Its most likely because it has a constant connection so things are updating on the fly. I get it. But when your in the field, i waste a good 10 minutes on a work order sometimes if its detail oriented.(Not the phone by the way since i have a Google Pixel 5. ) Thats my Critism in hopes of Improvement. Keep it up
