DO NOT DOWNLOAD! They steal your money. They will not cancel your subscription and then claim you created another account with the same email. This means you'll have 2 accounts under the same email, but 1 doesn't show in the account section. Therefore, you can't cancel it, and they will keep charging your credit card. They did this to me for 3 years. When I finally decided to look at my Amex statement, I found out their scheme.

can't even sign up. tried signing up and got kicked mid way. now I can't sign up at all. blank white screen on my phone. null errors. even tried a different email and got an invalid workspace model. iPad. galaxy phone. web browser on my MacBook. doesnt even bring up the signin menu anymore...

Overcharged my credit card for a yearly subscription paid me back only after I told them. Gave me no sort of recompense for it and the app barely works half the time. Said it would track hashtags but suddenly its only the ones you favorited. I favorited a set and have yet to see any specific analytics on that. Rough start. Not a great impression and I depend on this app a lot unfortunately.
