This app is fine when it works! I have it installed on a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo and when I open it, it keeps saying that I'm not hooked up to wifi (and therefore won't proceed to the app)...but my wifi is fine (and I have 3G)! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. Very frustrating because it worked ok initially but lately I just keep having this problem.
Charged without service They only charged me for half than refused to help. They have no billing department and don't keep track of what they charge. So please be careful. Im waiting for the charge to get fixed but just cost me a bunch of wasted hours with my bank and their unhelpful customer service. As well there's a chance I might not be able to book another flight since I now have funds missing. Never using this service again.
Same situation as Lisa McLaughlin. Unable to access the app due to "wifi/Internet connection issues". I tried everything. Go on and off wifi at home, at work, when I'm out and about. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling and rebooting my phone, nothing works. I use a Samsung Galaxy S5. I never had any issues with my wifi or 3G either. App worked fine up until a couple days ago.
Flighthub's customer service has been the absolutely nice one. I tried many other apps for booking my hotel room non of them is works great like FlightHub application.
Don't even think to use the whole flight hub! DO NOT use flight hub at all! They cancel the payments and then offer same flight with bigger price. I use them twice. But stupid me! NEVER AGAIN! THEY NOT EXISTING FOR ME ANYMORE!
The app was working fine. All of a sudden, it stopped working. Even connected by wifi or date, it would say unable to connect. Please fix the problem .
