I like the philosophy of Flipgive and I have overseen two teams over the past two years. The problem is that I often have to follow up because the promised bonuses weren't applied. The customer service is great and they do apply the bonus once you've raised it but I shouldn't have to actively monitor and this eroded trust. They are also consistently late in the end of season payout requiring constant follow up. Next season we're going to stick to bottle drives. Way less hassle.

So far so good! Easy to use and shop at usual stores. Once you click through the app to the store, the website is the same as usual, just a title at the top letting you know you are shopping with the app. Our team hasn't tried to cash in yet, so I can't comment on the ease of use that way. The pdf infographics only show when you print them, which is a little annoying but they are available for free to hand out!

Unreal experience dealing with this company. While the concept is good, the lack of service and options are atrocious. With an update, a gift card reload was enabled against my wishes as I was simply trying to delete the account and use what was left. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check daily that the reload option remained off, got hit with a reload they won't reverse, and now won't be able to receive the credit from money earned as I am no longer on a team and they won't issue to a person.
