Seller Dashboard is good, Easy to operate. Nxt Insight gives you a chance to evaluate your product selling to competitors which is missing in Amazon. On the contrary, Customer Support is pathetic, It took a lots of time to resolve the query and concerns and sometimes Customer Service team automatically closed ticket by saying issue resolved ( They Call only once and if we didn't receive it due to some work, they don't seem to call 2 or 3 times, 1 attempt is enough for them to closed the ticket

I've been using the Flipkart Seller app for a long time, but the experience is disappointing. The app frequently lags, freezes, and sometimes crashes while processing orders. Inventory updates are often delayed, notifications don't arrive on time, and the dashboard data is not always accurate. Login issues and unexpected logouts make it even more frustrating. Basic seller tasks that should take seconds often take much longer due to bugs and poor performance. The desktop portal works better

Useless Platform for seller, Specially if you are a Small scale seller, No Pickup done for your order, They show fake pickup and manage the courier return on the apps, No Phone number or email id for complaint, If you are a small scale seller you received order and you packed the order & wait for pickup But no pickup done for your order, it's better to stop working on Flipkart
